Saponified Organic Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Lard, Castor Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, and Organic Mango Butter.

This bar weighs 6 ounces and lasts at least 1-2 months and 3-4 months if it is left out to dry.
